Cat Invaders Guides

From lobby codes to wave 100, with boss tactics in the middle.

Guides Hub

Cat Invaders looks like a joke until the first Floppa laser deletes your fish pile. This hub is the map of every walkthrough on the wiki: how to enter a run, how to spend Gold, how to move, and how to survive named cats that have their own badges.

If you just installed the experience, do not bounce between random YouTube shorts. Follow the order below. Each child page cross-links to the others so a Medic main can still find the solo snowball route.

  1. Getting Started — first 20 waves, merchant, pause shopping.
  2. How to Play — the full loop: food, walls, classes, co-op.
  3. Controls — aim assist, pause, mobile HUD, why solo spawns feel different.
  4. How to Beat Floppa — the first named boss most groups wipe on.
  5. Named bosses — El Gato, Bongo Cat, King Meowl, Emperor Maxwell.
  6. Checkpoints — Version 1.1 flags so a wipe is not always lobby.
  7. High Waves — wave 100+ range stacking after the nametags.

Claim working codes before step 1 so the opener is not starving.

What these guides assume

The game is released on Roblox, free to play, with online co-op up to 18 players and a perfectly valid solo mode. Gold is the upgrade currency. Classes (Medic, Knight, Snowman, Alchemist, Ninja, grenade kits) change how you hold a lane. Weapons upgrade along melee and ranged tracks. Food heals. Armor and walls buy mistakes.

We do not pretend there is a secret Trello. OneBed Studio posts on Discord and the Roblox page. When a mechanic changes, the updates hub notes it and these guides get a pass.

Beginner pain points we actually answer

  • Cats eat the fish and you do not know what to upgrade first.
  • You stand in green ground and die through food.
  • Floppa looks like a meme and then has thousands of HP plus lasers.
  • Co-op teammates steal last hits and you cannot afford range.
  • You chase Alchemist for a week without knowing it is a day-7 daily.
  • You hit wave 50 with max walls and a starter snowball.

The class tier list and weapon ranks sit next to these guides for a reason. A walkthrough without a rank table turns into fashion advice. A rank table without a walkthrough turns into an argument. Use both.

Boss ladder inside the guides

Badges tell you the intended spike order:

  • Defeat Floppa — first big encounter, around the mid-early wave block.
  • Defeat El Gato — tanky cat, fewer people have the badge.
  • Defeat Bongo Cat — billed as the strongest cat at original release.
  • Defeat King Meowl — added in a later update, much rarer.
  • Defeat Emperor Maxwell — huge, crowned, sub-1% clear rate.

How to beat Floppa is the first dedicated boss article because that is the search people actually type. Later nametags live on named bosses. Checkpoints and Version 1.1 explain why older “one death equals lobby” videos are stale. Badge rates stay on badges.

Solo versus 18-player chaos

Solo is easier to control: cats spawn in a tighter area, you pause when you want, and Gold is yours. Co-op is easier to survive if someone brings Medic and someone else dumps Gold into walls. The player builds page splits those roles. Do not run six Knights and zero food.

Scripts exist if you would rather AFK. They are unofficial, they break, and they can get a Roblox account moderated. The scripts hub documents what public auto-farm and auto-upgrade loaders currently advertise. Guides on this hub assume you are playing the game.

How to use videos on these pages

Each deep guide embeds at most one real YouTube video in the middle of the article. The beginner page uses a lobby-to-combat explainer. The wave page uses a wave-100 route. The Floppa page uses a fight VOD. We do not stack three facades at the footer.

If a video and the text disagree after a patch, trust the text date and the updates log. Creators title things “MAX LEVEL” for thumbnails; the actual breakpoint is whatever Gold and class you have that session.

Pick a child page and start. Come back here when you need the next link in the chain.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Cat Invaders questions.

Which Cat Invaders guide should a new player open first?

Getting Started, after redeeming codes. Then How to Play, then Floppa before you push past wave 50.

Are these guides for Cat Invasion or Cat Invaders?

Same Roblox experience. The page title changed; the universe ID and place ID did not.

Do I need friends to follow the guides?

No. Solo is supported and often cleaner for upgrades. Co-op is optional on servers of up to 18.

Where are class unlocks explained?

In Getting Started and the Players class page. Alchemist is a day-7 daily reward, not a code.
